Sales policy

Payment may be made by bank transfer, debit card (No charges apply), or by cheque made payable  to Makers’ Eye and posted  to:

Makers' Eye, 3/Halebrose Mansion, 125 Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B74 2RX. 

Please allow ten days for your cheque to clear. 

All items must be paid for in full, prior to delivery, subject to the guarantees offered by Makers’ Eye

If your purchase is marked as a piece that is to be ‘remade to order’ we will require a 40% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable after seven days have elapsed days from the date of your order.

All pieces in ‘Collections’ have their VAT status clearly indicated.  However, where VAT is included in the price, this may not be chargeable for purchasers outside the EU nor for VAT registered purchasers within the EU, excluding purchasers in the UK. We will advise you on this matter.
