A jewellery/trinket box inspired by the cubic proportions of Moorish architecture. The flowing intersecting inlay evokes Arabic calligraphy and was made necessary, as so many good ideas are, by making a mistake in the veneering of the box, which needed a patch and so I thought, ‘why not make a feature of it...’
